ISHA Conference
Call for Session Proposals
Session proposals for the 2025 ISHA Conference are now being accepted and are due not later than Friday, April 4, 2025. Proposals should be submitted through the linked button below.
Proposals will be reviewed by the ISHA Board of Directors. Applicants can expect to hear back regarding the status of their proposal by the end of April 2025.
Please note, presenters do not receive free or reduced conference registration. Presenters are not required to attend the conference, but must register if interested in participating.

The Early-Bird Registration fee for ISHA and CASH members is TBD USD until TBD, after TBD registration increases to TBD USD. Non-member registration is TBD USD.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit educational institution, dedicated to preserving history, honoring excellence and connecting generations. Core to the fulfillment of our mission is the ability to preserve and share our library, archives and museum collections. This treasure trove of items bring to life the history of our National Pastime and the inspiring stories of the Hall of Famers, for a global audience. More than 18 million visits have been made to the Museum in Cooperstown, NY since our doors opened June 12, 1939.

Changes in Policies and Procedures
From time to time, the ISHA Board of Directors or membership may make changes in the policies and procedures described herein. It is essential that both conference hosts and conference host applicants maintain close contact with ISHA staff and the Conference Committee chair to stay informed of these changes. Such changes may affect both those conferences for which the site has been chosen as well as those for which the site is yet to be decided.
